VanHung Porter, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of CSP MGT, LLC., has more than 27 years of progressively responsible experience as a Federal Criminal Investigator, Chief of Police, Director of Loss Prevention and FEMA I CS experience.

Mr. VanHung Porter is the Chief Executive Officer and Federal Procurement Consultant to Large and Small Businesses. Mr. Porter is responsible for leading and advising companies to the forefront of Federal and commercial contracting industries. He develops a strategic plan to advance the company’s mission and objectives, and promotes revenue, profitability, and growth. Additionally, Mr. Porter oversees the overall company operations to ensure efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources. His in-depth knowledge and leadership have successfully positioned CSP MGT LLC Facility Management Support Services as one of the top national facilities services companies in its class.

Prior to being the Chief Executive Officer of CSP MGT LLC and the lead business consultant, Mr. Porter was a Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III Program Manager for the Department of Defense, Department of Navy Aviation Capabilities Integration System Team (ACIST), where he was responsible for overall cost, schedule, performance, technical and management of several multi-million dollar opportunities over the fixed and rotary wing division of the US Navy, including the United States Coast Guard C-130H Program and the Presidential Helicopter Program. He has advised 300 companies on all aspects of the federal sales and procurement process and is a trusted member of several successful small and large business federal sales teams.

Mr. Porter directly awarded and managed over $385Million in government contracts annually as a DoD Program Manager and utilizes his knowledge, network, and experience to streamline the sales of products and services to US government organizations. His extensive background in DoD acquisitions, program management, government contracting, Foreign Military Sales (FMS), and military aviation give him depth, breadth, and credibility in the federal marketplace.

As Chief Executive Officer of CSP MGT LLC, CSP MGT LLC has been awarded over 130 contracts with various federal agencies as a Prime Contractor with federal obligations over $15 Million Dollars. These contracts vary from Blank Purchase Agreement (BPA), Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Purchase Orders (PO Associates of Applied Science in Law Enforcement from Vincennes University, Vincennes, Indiana. Mr. Porter is a graduate of the Veterans Institute for Procurement and a member of the Defense Acquisition Corps.

Mr. Porter is a Life Member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Disabled American Veterans and a member of The American Legion, Military Officers Association of America, US Air Force Civil Air Patrol, Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity, Elks Lodge Pride of St. Mary’s and Master Mason of King Solomon Lodge #473, Searcy Arkansas, and a Certified Court Mediator.

Mr. Porter is a resident of Benton Arkansas and married to Stephanie Porter and has 6 daughters and 2 sons.

Mr. Porter is responsible for leading the company to the forefront of Federal and commercial contracting industries.


Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Ruben Nieves

Mr. Ruben Nieves, Co-founder, was named Chief Operating Officer (COO) for CSP MGT, LLC (CSP) in January 2013. Mr. Nieves is a strategic executive with more than 30 years of finance and technology experience. He has held senior management positions including CFO, CAO, and SVP of operations in companies ranging from private startups to larger companies. He brings his success in building finance teams for growing businesses and M&A experience to our executive team. His finance background combined with IT management, systems implementation, and technical expertise provides CSP MGT LLC with a strategic advantage.

Mr. Nieves is responsible for the successful cost, schedule, performance, and management of contracts/projects within the CSP portfolio. In addition, Mr. Nieves is responsible for working with the other functional departments in developing personnel, ensuring compliance with quality processes and procedures, and in continuing to expand the business through organic growth and new business wins.
Mr. Nieves is the lead software engineer for the Naval Air Systems Command Common Flight Information Recorder Analysis Lab (CFIRAL). He leads their data integrity analysis effort for Navy crash recorders and developed process documentation that details their current methodology for data extraction. He provides extensive technical engineering sustainment support and addressed hundreds of technical engineering issues impacting Fleet mission execution for common avionics systems used across Naval Aviation. He has over 25 years of experience managing small and medium size groups of programmers and cyber security network operations. He developed systems and technical procedures that allow the customer to fully manage their technology infrastructure. As Director of Operations, Mr. Nieves will be responsible for providing direction and oversight that supports the success of the Operations, Maintenance, and Logistics Business Plan, focusing on the Base Operating Support Services, Vehicle/Facility Maintenance, and Logistics Support Services markets worldwide. The Operations, Maintenance, and Logistics business.

Mr. Nieves career encompasses over 25 years of in-depth engineering, acquisition support, and program management in the Department of Defense (DOD) and commercial industry. Mr. Nieves started his career as a logistics database developer and “front line” IT for many government entities.
Mr. Nieves worked with several programs aimed at sustaining and modernizing the various systems. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science & Business Administration, which he received from Davis & Elkins College, Elkins WV.

Maria Isaias

Maria Isaias plays an integral role in the financial operations of CSP MGT LLC Facility Management Support Services. As our business finance manager and controller, she is responsible for a variety of financial areas of our business.
