Ray Blevins
Mr. Ray Blevins was named Director of Contracts for CSP MGT, LLC (CSP) in January 2013. Mr. Blevins is responsible for acting as the Company’s primary representative for contractual matters with customer, industry, and professional organizations. He will advise management of contractual rights and obligations, review contract actions, including proposals, to ensure accuracy and completeness, and participate in acquisitions activities. Additionally, Mr. Blevins has been appointed as the Ethics Officer for CSP. In this role, Mr. Blevins will serve as the organization’s internal control point for its ethics and compliance program; provide employees with a confidential and independent reporting path for ethics concerns; investigate potential conflicts of interest, and will advise the senior staff on issues of corporate governance.
Prior to joining CSP, Mr. Blevins was Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III Contracting for the Department of Defense, Department of the Air Force, as Director of Contracting for the 19th Contracting Squadron, Little Rock Air Force Base.
Mr. Blevins served honorably in the United States Air Force and his career encompasses over 30 years in Acquisition Procurement. Mr. Blevins holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Touro University International, Cyprus, CA and Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina. Mr. Blevins has many NMCA awards along with being a Private Consultant, specializing in 8(a), Service Disabled Veteran Programs, HubZone, proposal development, and registering businesses for government contract work.
Mr. Blevins has 2 Sons, Brian and Steven.
